Tea Party

The Butterfly Pavilion had a Fancy Nancy Tea Party for members.  Kyla and I went and a really good time.  They had face painting--Kyla decided to get make-up put on.

Then they had a "fashion show."  It was more of a parade of all the girls but they showed them how to wave, blow kisses, twirl, and curtsies.

The girls also got to decorate butterfly wings to wear--but Kyla used fabric paint on hers so it had to dry and she couldn't wear them until we got home.  They had a story time with Fancy Nancy books about butterflies.  Then we had tea, sandwiches, salads, and desserts for lunch.  This is by far the best place we have ever had a membership--they have a ton of fun things for the kids.  We've only been members since Feb and this is our second event and we have another one in June!

These were just some neat places to take pictures.  Someone took the picture of Kyla and I as a butterfly for us.

And when we were done with the event we went to see the butterfly release--although I didn't get any good butterfly pictures.  And Kyla had to go hold Rosie the spider.
