On Saturday we decided to check out Manatou Cliff Dwellings. Kyla had learned about them and wanted to see some. After having bee to Mesa Verde NP and others, these were not too impressive. But they were close and Kyla enjoyed seeing them and reading about the Indians.
Since the cliff dwellings are about 10 minutes from Garden of the God and we enjoyed it so much in November, we decided to go there for lunch and a hike. Kyla decided she wanted to hike to Siamese twins again.
Someone was nice enough to take this family picture--and they even made sure to get Pikes Peak in the background. I was glad we went because I was able to get some great pictures of Pikes Peak---look at that BLUE sky.
